Peel Centre Stockport 'pcn'

Basically I went in the car park on the kfc side of the car park totally forgot to get a ticket as I was in a rush and now I have a so called pcn, I emailed them saying I would happily pay £2 or what ever it is but am not paying £60 or even £100, they sent me a letter in the post saying I have 10 days to pay £60 or I will have to pay £100, at the back is a copy of popla which they said I can take it to them but I do not have a popla code, Any ideas what to do?

To take advantage of knowledge base, try searching for "Peel centre" on this forum as well as reading coupon mad's excellent guidance for newbies on the sticky thread at the head of this forum.

By all means come back with specific points if you can't find what you want in the threads I suggested.
