Hardly surprising considering your history of falling out with people all the time
If I want guidance from a grown adult who does not know what an E7 meter is or, more importantly, who uses the placeholder 'mate' I'll let you know. Don't hold your breath.

Avoid dealing with Scottish power. We have been with them a long time Their customer service is appalling. Half an hour wait in the queue and still no answer. And they are very expensive. Currently offering us 34.25p per day plus 12.332 per kwhm compared to Eon 23.84 per day and 11.16p per kkwh after applying their 6% DD discount. Scottish Power increased our DD authority without our consent. Currently have over £900 of our money and it's impossible to get them to refund it. Definitely an electricity supplier to be avoided.

Interesting how different people view the same company. I have just switched from Sc Pwr and they refunded the £60 or so I was in credit by cheque within 10 days of the switch taking effect without any quibbles. Agree it sometimes took an unreasonable length of time on the phone to reach a human being though.

Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
