Unsuccessful Mint/RBS Card PPI complaint - can I re-visit?

A couple of years ago, I unsuccessfully tried to claim PPI on a mint card and also referred the matter to the ombudsman who also unfortunately said that there wasn't a case to answer (whereas I personally thought I had a strong case for mis-selling).
Earlier in the summer, I received a letter from Tesco Bank which was basically a follow up to a previous claim, saying that they had reviewed the amount they had previously offered and were now offering me some more money as they didn't feel that the claim had been dealt with correctly in the first place.
Given that both Tesco Bank and Mint were both related to RBS, and there has clearly been some review on their PPI process at Tesco Bank, does anyone think it might be worth me re-visiting this complaint? If a claim is rejected by the ombudsman, can it be re-visited?

In theory, if an adjudicator, rather than an Ombudsman, who found against you then you can.
However if they felt there was no case to answer then a further attempt is likely to be dismissed as frivolous and vexatious - which may open the way for Tesco to sue you for wasting their time.0
