How much WTFC can we claim?

I live with my girlfriend who has 2 kids, 4 and 2 yrs old. Their Dad has them half the week, and they spend half at ours.
Up until now, the child benefit and WTFC was claimed through him, and he then gave us half. I dont know the ins and outs of his finances but he's now saying that he doesnt think he can claim WTFC anymore, I think it maybe to do with his girlfriend moving in, which means they have a higher household income.
Now I work full-time and get just over £13000 but I also work a couple of nights doing pizza delivery, which earns me about £2860 - The are gross figures, after tax I come out with about £13000. My girlfriend works 27hrs (roughly) in a shop and earns about £7600 gross.
What WTFC would we be entitled to?

Try putting your details into www.entitledto.co.uk.
BTW when you apply for tax credits and children are included on the claim the TCO require the Child Benefit number so I think your girlfriends ex would have to give the child benefit over to her too. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. He may not have the CB number - he may just be using the bank account? But then this would suggest they were claiming as if they were still together?
Hmm.. who knows? 0
