my local butcher sells me free range chicken breasts for £5 a kilo. I buy a lot of meat off him so its a deal we have had long term. bear in mind Tesco value etc is 20 odd % water so you are actually paying even more if you weighed the actual meat content!0

I get ours from an Asian market for £7.99 per 2kg! I always but 4 or 6 kgs. We both weight train and need our protein. And eggs for 30 are £1.50!Ds2 born 3/4/12 8lbs 8.5:j

I never buy breast of chicken, I like to buy whole chickens when on offer and bone it myself, Its very quick and easy to do and I have the bones to make stock for soup.Slimming World at target0
