Henkel - Filetti - Germany(will explain all in post) SUPERB

May not be the correct place to post but here goes.

As per post on Freebies board I emailed Filetti UK to request a sample of their sensitive washing powder. DS - 4 has excema and prone to outbreaks and wanted to try before i bought big bag as it was £4 odds.

No reply from them despite several requests - sent e-mail asking when sample would be sent - still no reply - then rang customer service who said they would get back to me - and after 4 weeks hadnt.

So....finally bought the blooming powder - despite price and was very impressed. "Googling" ;) one night and came across contact address from Henkel(who make the filetti powder) HQ in Germany and mailed them complaning about UK base and their cr*p customer service - Was just in bad mood at the time:mad: and took it out on keyboard insted of dh;). Got reply from Henkel after a week asking for my home address and apologising and saying they would send me out free sample immediately on receipt of address.

Well!!!! "ho-hum" sez me - i'll expect it when i see it

Free sample arrived today - ONLY FLIPPING GONE AND SENT ME EIGHT FULLSIZE PACKS!!!!! £32 worth:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

Now thats what I call customer service.

    Hi

This is how it all started as I had requested a sample about 6/7 times without luck hence my email and calls to customer service, it was only after all this i mailed HQ

    Thanks for reply
  • Fantastic! I would recommend German service any time, they may not be exciting, but god do they have high standards and take things seriously!

Plus that washing powder is lovely, I'm addicted to it having got a sample so it was well worth them sending it to me!

    Happy washing!

Memo to self; I do not need more shoes....::rotfl:

It's really nice powder - I've been buying it since getting a sample and my skin is much better now. I know it's pricy, but I only use half the recommended dosage and it works fine.
