Sainsburys

My wife went shopping in Sainsburys on saturday, she paid for 2 hours parking, went shopping with our 4 year old daughter, at end of shop after spending £105 daughter needed toilet, sainsburys toilets out of order so had to take daughter into town to go toilet.

Came back 20 mins after 2 hours was up to find a parking ticket.

Obviously pretty upset and angry at this, i know we don't need to pay it but we are both pretty peeed off is there anything we can/should do?

To make it worse we always shop at tesco but got some coupons through the post to make us shop at sainsbury......never again

You need to go into Sainsbury and ask to see the manager. Take proof of purchases and ask him to get the ticket cancelled.

If he says he can't, as for his name and tell him that you will be contacting head office with the facts.

You should do this right now and you may not need to do anything else as the manager might get a result.

If not, you have c-m's excellent advice.
