sorry, we are having temporary server issues!

hi, i bought microsoft excel 2013 from pcworld online for download yesterday. no matter what i try, i keep getting "sorry, we are having temporary sever issues" come up every time. my internet connection is fine on everything else.
i have tried regedit HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Internet\WebServiceCache\AllUsers\office15client.microsoft.com..but i have no submenus when i get to the internet folder. i have contacted pcworld via their ask a question route, it takes 2 days for a reply, so it says.
just wondered if anybody has had this and managed to get around it.. any help please.. thanks..
