2 CP Plus Parking Charges

Hello,

Yesterday we received two £90 parking charge invoices from CP Plus.

On the dates, my husband had been meeting with colleagues at a service station. Mid-meeting someone told him you were only supposed to stay for two hours, so he went out and moved the car to the South bound side (he was parked in North first). It turned out though that he was just under 2 and a half hours on BOTH sides of the motorway so we have had two £90 fines :( reduced to £50 if we pay quickly.

It is ridiculous money - what do we do?!

Thanks in advance, L x

You've missed the new sticky thread I started this month:

'newbies, have you got a private parking ticket? read this now!'

Read that and then ask any questions you have about your appeals. You won't be paying.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
