Advice on 3i B Shares needed.

Hi
I have received the paperwork from 3i regarding the "return of cash" and the introduction of B shares proposal.
I own 300 shares and do not fully understand the proposal therefor I am unsure what to do next.
Can anyone offer any advice ?
