I'd get a few quotes for bringing it up to scratch, as 1/2 the work has been done, and a new floor with the right joists might not cost that much, and it might add alot of value to the house when completed with signed off.0

Accept it as useful storage space but from a loft conversion point of view it has zero value as all will have to be redone;)I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
