Downloading PDF document to Microsoft Word

I have a Court application form I wish to download so I can complete it at my leisure. Unfortunately I can't work out how to save it to my PC to fill in later, when I try, it states it will only save a blank form.

Please help.
Thank you

  • You can't download a PDF document to Word as it's not a Word document. To open it in Word you need to convert it, either by something like Adobe Acrobat or Nitro; you can upload them to https://www.pdftoword.com/ and it'll email it you as a Word document.
but i'm not sure what you mean with the last bit. How do you mean 'it states it will only save a blank form'. Isn't it a blank form that you need? you want to save a blank copy of it so you can fill it in.
  • Thanks for your reply, the form allows you to type into it which I wanted to do but, as it's a 7 or so page document, I wanted to type a bit one day, save it and then fill in the rest at another time. I will try the link you proivded, thank you xx

What program are you using to open the .pdf?

Is there a 'file' and then 'save as' option?

A PDF is not an editable file, in the sense that a Word file is.
