Why did they put down you had low prospects? Did you ask them how they came to this conclusion. I think thats pretty bad myself and I would have had to say something.
You say you have qualifications, references and a good working history. How can that equate to low prospects?. What do they say about those with no or few qualifications, poor work histories, gaps, criminal records etc? Do they put no f'king hope or worse on their files.
I have asked them and they refuse to have any contact with me as I have said on here as they have lied and are now trying to back out of everything they have put on the exit report like trying to tell the JC I missed 8 appointments where I never missed any.

The JC have put in a request to get a list of all dates or all the appointments the WP say I have had and they will compare to my intensive list I have on an Excel spread sheet.

The WP did tell me it was an automated exit report and to say again I never saw anyone for an exit interview nor did I get a copy of my report the DWP had to request it for me as the WP REFUSED to let me see it.

I do not know what they say about others and I have shown the JC my monthly records from the WP that all say WORK READY/CAPEABLE on them and she was baffled too as to why they said low prospects. A bunch of liars they are!

Can't comment on any of the WP stuff but the "£160 more than JSA", is that per month? Can't be per week can it - 16 hours @ £6.31 per hour is £100.96 per week (assuming the job pays NMW). So less than £20 per week better off (better than nothing I know).

    Just saying.
Yeah it's per month, and living with parents and having no bills, £160 more a month for me isn't too bad

OP in work support there is none, I was with a provider and got employment myself, I had the spiel of another manager saying that if you need any help when in employment they are there, and that they would ring me to see how I was getting on.

None of that happened, I guess the support thing is the £30 asda vouchers you get for new clothing to start work with which I got the day I signed off from them, nothing more not even a phonecall not even a letter. And my provider was one of the better ones around.
I told my advisor I'd read on the internet about a lot of providers promising in work support and then there being none, and my advisor said she's sure a lot of them probably do do that but she has said she will help look for something else along with in-work support advisor that works at our place. Said can still have access to their facilities and stuff
