Poor quality dog bed from ebay...do we have the right to a refund?

Before we got our pup ( jack russell) we made sure we had enough toys and even one of them meat filled marrow bones, as a bed we just went to poundstretcher and got one of them cushions with a animal head, great for an 8 week old pup, but still 13 months on he still likes them cushions and is on his 6th, as he chewed them or scratched through them, but rather him do that then damage furniture. He still has his main dog bed, but he likes to lie on his cushion during the day

If you're looking for a another bed I can recommend a Ruff and Tuff mat. Our dog has had it since 8 weeks old and the only thing he's managed to do is take the label off. It really has lasted despite his best efforts. We got ours in Pets at Home.

i feel your pain. I bought some thermals ready for winter the other week. The first time I wore them I had a rather fierce trump and now there's a hole in them big enough for a mouse to crawl in and hibernate up my bum... I'm not returning them though.
