Aol and Sunblock page loads all the time

When I go into my aol to check my emails this page keeps loading up, Sun Block Project pop up, I tried blocking it, tried hi jack this but it still keeps popping up in front of my emails on aols site.
Any ideas how to get rid of this annoying pop up?
I did a search and a few others have complained of the same pop up.
