Best childs savings account

I need to open 3 accounts for my children but I don't know which one to open. They have £400 each to deposit into an account and if money allows it be able to put £10 in each account for their future. I don't want to be able to access it til they're 18 but can't seem to find one that does this.
Can anyone help?
The Childrens birth dates are below if you need to know them.

For your new born, a Halifax JISA might fit the bill if you have/are prepared to open, a Halifax ISA of your own.

Definitely the best by far.
If the parent just deposits £1 (or does a partial transfer of £1 from another ISA), the Junior ISA get 6% interest. We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
