EasyJet Flight Delay Policy

Hi,
Last night, my easyjet flight from Gatwick to Amsterdam was delayed for appx 2 hours. There was some kind on storm and runway was closed.
While landing, the pilot announced to contact easyjet desk on ground to collect some forms (refund/compensation .. not sure, voice was not very clear and accent was a bit strange).
As I was already late, so couldn't bother to go to easyjet desk. Anyways, managed to catch last train to home.
I tried to look on their website and there is not any answer for this scenario.
Tried ringing their CS, but after on hold for about 30 mins (not ton mention on a premium number) , no response.
Logged a question on their website and they says will respond in 20 days.
Anyone else has any idea about it. Did a search on google and http://www.guardian.co.uk/travel/2002/jul/07/cheapflights.observerescapesection2
this link came.
According to this site, u can get refund if your flight is delayed by more than an hour. Not sure how ?
Thanks in Advance.
