Hi again
I've read your diary and I wish you all the luck in the world - it isn't easy. You look like you are paying down the right bills first ie the ones with interest and you've reduced your overdraft which is great. :T
I've never used soap nuts but I did buy some eco balls once and used them for two years without changing the inserts. I did however miss the smell of the washing liquid so reverted back when there was a cheap offer on - I got a good brand non-bio for £20 last year and I still have some left - 168 washes in total.
Off to create some cheap pasta bake for tea and then make lunches for tomorrow. Got to work 48 hours this week so going to be a long one.
Take care xxBlitz that mortgage

Thanks! Most of it is stupid/boredom spending!
That's pretty good, I always buy tesco branded, I'll have to get something for the scent, I don't like most of the ones in the supermarket, they smell like chemicals. Failing that, maybe make some linen spray
.

Hi - hope you are having a good day. I've got an unexpected day off today as my son is sick. My line manager was really good about it as it is the first time I've called into work for 12 months to have a day off. I'll only have to work around 39 hours now so bit easier.
I've done exactly the same with spending, but it looks like I've done it on a bigger scale than you;).
We can change though and I'll keep reading to see how you are getting on. I did the Excel sheet as suggested and have planned the whole next 12 months - scared the life out of me!
Good luck.Blitz that mortgage

Hey
Aww bless, it's nice when employers are helpful. How is he feeling now?
It can be scary!!I need to find out my childcare fees for Jan, I pay them each half term, and can never work it out as it changes, ahhh!!I have also decided to keep a record of my debt and when payments go out, to feel some satisfaction that I am getting somewhere
. If you understand that :S lol. Debts CC1 1424 // CC2 1836.65 // CC3 [STRIKE]973.40[/STRIKE] 823.70 // CC4 [STRIKE]609.05[/STRIKE] 459.04 // Very [STRIKE]422.25[/STRIKE] ah now 533.53

I decided to pay off the £249 on my Very account!!I have 3 days until pay day, all bills for this month are paid!I am going to my bfs tomorrow so train fare for tomorrow and Wednesday. Should come to around £13.10.
I did it today so I know it's out of the way and before the 2nd December.
I am hoping to get paid for 30 hours overtime, so this will go towards the Lloyds CC.Debts CC1 1424 // CC2 1836.65 // CC3 [STRIKE]973.40[/STRIKE] 823.70 // CC4 [STRIKE]609.05[/STRIKE] 459.04 // Very [STRIKE]422.25[/STRIKE] ah now 533.53

Just dropping in to see how you are getting on. Looking good! Will that clear your full Very account? Hope you get your childcare sorted - I'm so lucky I don't have to pay child care any more it used to cost a fortune.
Son at school today well and I was back at work so that was good.
30 hours overtime should see some good payments - feels great doesn't it:j
Looks like I might get some extra pay as I have been owed some money for extra work I did in August and September and I might get paid on Friday.:) Have a good day tomorrow - I'm not staying on long as 10 hours has worn me out today.:)Blitz that mortgage

Hi. I still have 369 on the very account but that is a bnpl, doesn't end until September so going to pay £39.50 off each month now I think so I don't end up forgetting. Childcare is only 12pw. Isn't to bad. Plus tax credits help

So I'm a bit annoyed, I didn't get paid for my overtime. GRR. Was going to pay some of the Lloyds CC with that!!I hope I get it next month, as my card loses its 0% interest in Jan!!Debts CC1 1424 // CC2 1836.65 // CC3 [STRIKE]973.40[/STRIKE] 823.70 // CC4 [STRIKE]609.05[/STRIKE] 459.04 // Very [STRIKE]422.25[/STRIKE] ah now 533.53

Work aren't sure why I didn't get the overtime!!A lot of other peoples pay have been messed around too!!So I've had a stressful day, it's annoying when you make plans and allocate money.
After working out my income/outcome for last month. I have £14 left.
This month my bills come to 997.50. I should have £185.89 left. If I don't overspend anywhere!!Saying that, I am going out for coffee later, and watching our Xmas lights in town be put on. I do have £5 or so in my purse.Debts CC1 1424 // CC2 1836.65 // CC3 [STRIKE]973.40[/STRIKE] 823.70 // CC4 [STRIKE]609.05[/STRIKE] 459.04 // Very [STRIKE]422.25[/STRIKE] ah now 533.53
