I signed up to this forum to get help with what i can do. Not comments about the past. I come here to get advice and change. You have done nothing but comment about what i failed to do. What a bad view you give this site.
Not that any thing will happen but hopefully a they might listen to the report

I think if you should talk to the court not the debt collectors, I think it is a right you are entitled to basic needs, food, rent etc... noone allowed to make you live in poverty. Tell the court it is causing you stress, as it is.
balifts don't open your front door, dont invite them in.
whats the reson for not turning up?0 -
You obviously got signs of stress, defiantly tell the court in person. I pm you a video of a guy who tells of rights legal remedies, magistrates act etc.. might be able to help you.0

be honest when you talk to them in person too0

What a sarcastic member you are. If we had all lead peter perfect lives this forum would not exists. Why do you even bother replying?
No: other people in a similar situation may well read this thread. It is very important to give out a clear message that attending court really matters.0 -

Would you rather I tell you want you want to hear ?
I can if you wish .
The truth is you were summonsed to court and failed to appear.
Then you failed to pay the fine.
As luck would have it, someone has paid it for you and you will get to eat your turkey at home this year instead of in prison .
You can take this as satirical or you can learn from your mistakes, because if you carry on in this way, you are going to end up behind bars in a prison.
They don't "do" excuses in courts, they do justice and they issue fines and those that do not turn up to court because they are "too busy" and then don't pay the fine get sent to prison.
That my friend is life.Be happy...;)0
