Beware - Southern Electric are coldcalling
I have just had a visit from a very pushy 'senior manager' from Southern Electric. He appeared to be official and his opening line was 'I have been sent to check up on' etc etc - just like you would expect from a meter reader. If he was more open and said 'can I persuade you to buy energy from us', it wouldn't be so bad, but I can imagine many people will be misled by SE's tactics.
