Capital one cc charges queries

I sent off to cap one for my SAR, which shows ppi and a number of charges. I have posted in the ppi thread re the ppi, but I have got a few late payment charges which I am hping to reclaim. The majority have charged me for being just a day late paying (I know I should have been more organised:(), but the majority were paid on the day, but with clearance made them late. I was then charged a further over limit fee for the late charge knocking me over my limit on a few occasions.
My question is are cap one paying out or am I wasting my time.
