does anyone know what happens if redundancy money wasn't claimed. My mother who is a pensioner now has realised that she didn't get redundancy money from last job she had, years ago, is it held somewhere or just lost

How was the job terminated?0

she was among several people who volunteered for redundancy,
and it wasn't until she met a workmate years later she realised, she hadn't got was she was entitled to, she hadn't signed and returned forms that she was given.0 -
How long ago is years ago? Does the company still exist?0

The company seems to still exist but not the factory she worked in
it was over thirty years ago making lovable bras0 -
Over 30 years ago?
I don't think she's got a hope in that fiery place. I assume the Limitation Act 1980 is what you need to read, i.e. debts over 6 years are not recoverable.0 -
