How far back can I claim?

Can anyone help?
I had a bad experience with an old bank account about 12 years ago. I was constantly charged nasty overdraft fees and charges for my credit card, loan and currant account for being a silly young girl with late payments and going overdrawn. It was so bad i had to go to one of those companies that get the bank off your back for for a price. I eventually cleared all my debt but learned a lesson from it. I still have all the paperwork and statements from this bank. I was paying PPI as at that time it automatically was taken out with the loan. Am i able to claim anything back?

Yes i think you could get something back but try doing it yourself by downloading martins template as some PPI companies may charge a fee. Good Luck!0
