You're making one of the biggest purchases of your life, as long as you're not wasting the vendors time then go for it! They will understand.0

Yeah we are not interested in pullin out or knocking money off and I've made they clear to agent x0

Why though? Would you not just get a professional to look at it?
I would get a bit peeved if you wanted to come round a 3rd time.
But i think im too far the other way, i put an offer in on my house without stepping foot in it or seeing photos - i knew it would need gutting so wasnt bothered - anything less was a bonus. I would have purchased it without going in once if the estate agents had not basically told me i had to.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. As above. We visited the property we bought 5 times in total. It's a really old house & there was so much to take in that a couple of viewings was not enough. I think if they had been awkward about it we probably wouldn't have bought it.
The bloke did seem to be getting a bit narked the last time, but at the end of the day I knew I was unlikely to ever see him again & wasn't doing it to make a new friend, so I didn't really care what he thought! The fear of being gazumped was always there however...
5 times still wasn't enough to notice the endless list of problems we've found since moving in, but it definitely helped us to be certain that we wanted the house prior to finalising the paperwork!

Tbh there's only 1 issue we want to check out rest is ok x0

My question remains... if you look at this issue, do you have a clue what your looking at?
If not, then why not ask for a tradesman to view it or request a separate survey on it. If you do then fair enough.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. She knows nothing , because nothings certain till exchange coupled with the fact she doesnt (presumably) know you, saying that , go round as many times as you can get away with!Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0
