We drafted harassment proceedings, served them on Lowell, obtained judgment by default and instructed counsel for the disposal hearing. Read the full judgment here branding Lowell's conduct as 'shocking' and awarding our client £2,869.93 including costs.

Then Lowell defaulted on their own judgment debt so we brought in our debt collectors, County Court Collections, to threaten winding up proceedings. To avoid being shut down, Lowell immediately replied enclosing this cheque.
