Apologies if this has been mentioned elsewhere but I've just noticed an article in The Telegraph claiming Tesco had recalled ice cream cones after tablets had been found in two cornets.
It's also mentioned on the Food Standards Agency website -

Standard operational overkill. If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?

What they didn't specify was if it was at the same store or different stores.
Even if they found the defect products in the same store.
They would recall the lot.
eg if the pills had fallen in the mixing vessel. some pills could have broken up and be trace of this in other ice creams.0 -

I doubt they make pain relief tablets in the same factory, so it makes you wonder how they got there.
as you say above.
Accident = falling out of some one pocket.
However if this is the case. They are likely to be sacked as to my knowledge the only medicine your allowed to carry with be items such as inhaler etc. Ie medicine your need to administer very quickly if your not well.
Sleeping pills do not come under this.
Most companies will only allow the average employ to carry around pens and locker keys in there pockets.
Malicious - this could be from a disgruntled employee. whether they are wanting to harm the ice cream manufacturer or Tesco at the moment we do not know.
Either way. There will be a lot of CCTV recording being watched till they can work out how they got there.
Has the manufacturer site been temporally shut?0 -
I wondered why my cone was shaped like an inhaler.?0
