Had an appt for jsa on the 5th nov they said I filled in wrong form online. So had to make another appt In the meantime had a letter saying I was entitled to jsa but not received no payment. Attended another appt to sign on think that is what you do when attending. Not claimed before so not sure what happens .
Any info be very helpful:)

should be processed soon and paid target is ten days
you should also be paid from date of claim after the three waiting days
JSA is paid in arrears and usually into your account three days after signing on
