zurich not sending M&S vouchers

i took car insurance with Zurich in march with a promise of £50 back in M&S vouchers. Despite contacting them numerous times i still have not received them, anyone else had this problem? be grateful if you would let me know.

I am also waiting for the vouchers - got my home insurance beginning of April!

Am thinking of a stronger approach, having phoned them 4 times with no joy.

have e-mailed their customer services three times since i posted my message, they keep promising that someone will contact me but nothing has happened yet, am getting really fed up with the whole business,will keep you posted.

I emailed Becky Carter last week and got a reply saying the vouchers have been sent out on 26th June.

Not received them yet but will give it till the end of the week.

drop her a line "rebecca.carter at uk.zurich.com" , she works in the marketing dept. - for some reason they are responsible for this situation?!

I got a reply within four days.

finally got my vouchers! got onto trading standards and they advised me what to say, it did the trick but i wont be using zurich again.
