Can i get a mortgage with £20000 debt?

I have got into a bit of a mess with money and i have finally worked out a way to pay it back gradually , I have even taken a second job

My mortgage will be due for renewal soon and I am worried that i will not be able to get a new mortgage with a better rate

I earn 34100 a year and my partner earns 14500 per year

I am around £20000 in debt with loans over 5 years. Does anyone know about if i could get a mortgage with this debt

I have been on several banks websites and it should be fine but I am worried that with the amount i owe I will be turned down. i have got equity in the house and was considering getting this out of the house when i remortgage

how much are you looking for a mortgage of and what LTV?

Looking at 101000 which will be coming out at 90% LTV

Will the mortgage be based on what i can afford monthly or how much i owe?

I have never missed a payment and have a good credit history
