Help - I can no longer see posts.

Hi,

I have no idea why all of a sudden I cannot see posts.

If I click on New Posts - the system goes to Forum Search.
I dont have the usual display of the forum.

The web page looks normal.

I cannot read replies - could you pm me please.

Hi,

I am using Google Chrome.
I have come back on the site via "incognito" and it is back to normal.
Any ideas?

Gone are the days of living in a mud hut :-)
We pay extra for parcels to be delivered though and yet I live on the mainland. :-)

This is weird: The forum is fine in IE, Google incognito but not normal Google Chrome - I cannot see posts but I can see who posted.
I also have a thick green line where number of views are??

I'll clear my cookies and reboot to see if it makes any difference.

I have rebooted and cleared my cookies/cache.

This has made no difference.

In normal chrome when you click new posts;

The Thread/Thread starter shows with name, time and date.
The headings are there for "Newest Posts, Replies, Views & Forum.
But these four headings have just white space below them no words.

I can open a post, the heading is there but the dialogue is just a white space, a members signature also shows.

Would anyone know why? What can I do?

If the forum works fine in IE, then I'd suggest you use that for a while.

The reason why it's not working in Chrome could be one of several, but is most likely related to an update or add on that you've installed recently. My first suggestion would be to uninstall chrome, clean out your registry, then reinstall it with no add ons. If it's to do with a corruption in the code or an add on, then that should fix it. If it's to do with the version of Chrome you are running, then try downloading an earlier version.

U was going to suggest clear your Cache, cookies, history, then close the browser, and restart it again as it is the fix that works for me in firefox
