Valued opinions/ disappearing points

Hi to you all. I have noticed that some of my Valued Opinions points has been disappearing from my participating history and points have been taken from my balance. I have been doing their surveys and slowly building up towards the £10 voucher but it still at £5. Looks like they either adding the points to my balance and…

I got an email from VO tonight, explaining the loss of 25 points - seems one of their surveys didn't quite work and the last question was cut off. They asked me to go in and answer it, which I did, and got the 25 points back! How odd. Wonder if this has happened to anyone else who noticed missing points.
