Very annoyed with Leeds First Direct Arena.

    Please excuse my ignorance but what is the arena. Without knowing, 9.30 is never a cheap or good time to call.

    The Leeds First Direct Arena is a music venue.

    The tickets for the concert went on sale at 9.30am. As for the cost, it doesn't matter what time of day you phone, 0844 numbers are expensive.

    It is nice that you are making a goodwill gesture but as a company representative, you need MSE's permission to post as such.
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
