For example after
point 1 - detailing contract with landowner and right to pursue etc....... the second point could be "No contract with driver"
and

Thanks for the info, I noticed it was disjointed after I posted it and amended, also checked spaces and all OK In Word so suspect the forum formatted this differently but I will double check before submitting.

Out of curiosity how can I find out who actually owns the car park in question?

Ok guys ive posted the appeal, I will keep you informed of progress. I don't have any evidence to upload which I imagine would of have made the case a little stronger, but lets see what happens.
