Green Deal....

Hi,

I have really draughty windows, some of the sealed units have failed and are all misty. I'm not sure if the mistiness reduces the energy efficiency of them, though.

I receive considerable support in benefits, DLA, WTC, CTC and Widowed Parents Allowance.

Can anyone tell me if I can apply for a Green Deal loan to replace the entire lot of windows? Just after a became a Widow ( 11months ago), my Dad applied for anything that he thought I might be entitled to on my behalf. An assessor came out and said I was entitled to draught proofing but we just bought some tape from BQ!

My windows have gone beyond a bit of insulation tape now....

Any advice would be appreciated.
