Mortgage With Credit Score of 656

Hi,
I am looking to get a mortgage and have just completed a credit check.
My score is 656, I earn £28000 per annum and have £800 on a credit card.
I have managed to save £14000 as a deposit.
What sort of Mortgage could i expect if any? Or Is my score likely to scupper my chances?
I am really worried as I was looking to get onto the property ladder next year
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ignore the score it is pointless.
What does the data say? It shows an arrangement from January 2009 on an old bank account which i since closed.
This was when my overdraft was cancelled and i paid it off over 3 months in 3 instalments.
I'm actually gutted about this as I never knew it would have had such a negative effect/this wasn't explained to me at the time by the bank.
I would have easily had got a loan off someone I know as it was only £900
thanks0 -
What loan to value will your £14k mean in real life?
Please obtain all three versions of your credit file and put them in front of a recommended "whole market" broker who comes recommended by friends/relatives...
... and if you are, stop paying for these meaningless "credit scores." as they won't get you a mortgage.
