beware of mighty deals!!!

I bought a voucher on mighty deals for a 9" all winner android tablet. I redeemed the voucher with the merchant. Mighty deals site said allow 10 working days for delivery. After 14 working days I contacted the merchant direct. Still no reply from them to this day! After 17 working days I bought from elsewhere, knowing that if I reordered through this site it wouldn't come in time. I contacted mighty deals to ask for a refund. They offered me credit! I said no thanx, I need the money back as I've had to take money from elsewhere in my budget to buy a replacement. They refused. They've offered me more credit on top as a goodwill gesture, but there was nothing else on their site I'd wanted. And besides, the fact that I couldn't get a refund of the £70 I paid for something that never turned up has shocked me to the core! Right on top of Christmas! So I'm writing to warn you all that even if they don't deliver they can keep your money! I've now written to accept the credit but they are now ignoring me. I'll keep phoning every day, and will probably end up having to get in touch with consumer helpline again! Rubbish, rubbish company!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Hi I have recently ordered the same tablet on the same day and they still have my money and no tablet are ignoring my emails and not picking the phone up sooooo frustrating i can't seem to get anywhere
