I recently purchased a barbour jacket from a website, but since then the website has vanished. Can I get my money back? I paid by credit card.

Maybe the website has a temporary problem, but in case the reason is worse discuss this with the credit card company0 -

Not unless they fail to supply the item.
Have you spoken to the retailer? Perhaps their server has crashed, or the site taken down for maintenance, etc.
