    Templates for what software?
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?

You can get templates for various pieces of software - if you have Microsoft Office, then you could use Word, Powerpoint or Publisher.

It's hard to recommend a "template" without knowing what software you have on your computer.

    Are you a dentist WTFH?

You must be, because trying to get relevant info out of the OP is like pulling teeth. :D

So if MSOffice is too pricey, you should be able to open the templates I posted above in OpenOffice (free).

I am doubting that you have Photoshop etc. so you may possibly be better using something along the lines of...

    jukeboxprint.com/editor/flyers_creator.php

Now you need to pay for them to print them, but i'm sure that when created they let you 'preview' by downloading a PDF doc... Worth a try!
