Children must be aged between 7 and 9 years old and must be between 1.10m and 1.30m tall on the day of the UEFA Champions League Match that their parent/guardian chose in the dropdown list as mentioned in point 3. Children outside of this age and height limit will not be allowed to participate in the activity. Children must be physically and mentally able to perform the activity required. Children need to understand English. Due to UEFA Champions League regulations, the mascot duties may only be performed where twenty two eligible children are present. Children are required to bring their own black or dark sport shoes (if possible Adidas branded or unbranded).

1. 36 prizes will be available:
   1. 14 x prizes comprise: 2 tickets (one for the nominated child participating in the activity and one for the accompanying parent or guardian) for the UEFA Champions League Match between Manchester United and FC Shakhtar Donetsk on 10/12/2013 at Old Trafford, Manchester M16 0RA and a MasterCard UEFA Champions League branded kit for the child to wear on the pitch (shirt, shorts and socks). The nominated child will walk onto the pitch hand-in-hand with one of the players participating in the match.
   2. 22 x prizes comprise: 2 tickets (one for the nominated child participating in the activity and one for the accompanying parent or guardian) for the UEFA Champions League Match between Chelsea FC and FC Steaua Bucuresti on 11/12/2013 at Stamford Bridge, London SW6 1HS and a MasterCard UEFA Champions League branded kit for the child to wear on the pitch (shirt, shorts and socks). The nominated child will walk onto the pitch hand-in-hand with one of the players participating in the match.
2. No transport is included in the prize. All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize, including but not limited to, spending money as required, are the winners’ and guests’ own. The prize is as stated and nothing else is included. The player escorts opportunity and tickets are courtesy of MasterCard, Official Sponsor of the UEFA Champions League.

Highly recommend entering this.... my son is a mascot tonight at the Manchester City v Plzen EUFA Game! He is having the time of his life and to watch them come onto the pitch (live on Sky TV) is a truly priceless experience xx
