Windows mail account

I have the above and will need to reset pc to factory out let as I have folders and email I will lose these, Any way to save the folders and emails ?

First of all, why do you need to restore your machine and secondly you should be able to do it this way:

On the File menu, point to Export, and then click Messages.
In the Windows Mail Export Wizard, click Microsoft Exchange, and then click Next.
Click OK in the following message:

This will export messages from Windows Mail to Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Exchange

Note: If Outlook is not open, select the profile that you want to receive the messages, and then click OK.

To specify which files to export, click All or Selected Folders,and then click OK.
On the File menu, point to Export, and then click Messages.

No, you'll have Windows mail.

Now, back to the earlier question... why do you need to reset the PC?

well it is runnig very slow takes long time to open webpages etc

Factory reseting a machine will probably not resolve that issue. Infact it won't do much. Firstly i would recommend running a defrag, then install a program called treesize free. Run the report on your C: Drive and this will show you where most of your files are stored etc.

From there you will be able to delete files & stufff.

Would recommend going into 'add/remove programs' and un-installing any software you do not use on a regular basis.

Without knowing the operating system or the level of skills of the OP, I'd not use tressize, etc.
If it was me, the first thing I'd do is run CCleaner:

on add and remove can i see when last used or not ?

used cc clreaner each day but still gets slow after a day so I am not ofay with systems
