Why do the police always say that to the public "nothing to see here, move along" squad cars racing around, dogs with handlers, marksmen hanging about in the bushes, blues and twos, DO NOT CROSS police tape THEY ARE HAVING A LAUGH, PLENTY TO SEE AND GAWP AT getting told to go away and ignore arouses the most un-curious of cats!! lol

Isn't there some statistic that the biggest cause of road accidents is another road accident that someone is looking at.

There's also "Don't touch that button".

Things that do get ignored are "Please read the instructions before use".

Rubber-necking, RFW, it happens when people are driving along minding their own, then see an incident/crash/smoke//blue lights etc (esp on opp side of a motorway) nosy humans crane their neck around to ogle, stop giving the road their full attention and they themselves become another accident! This message is the internet equivalent ! Wonder how many of us will have an ogle, no one likes to "miss something" .

Ignore, do not look, do not touch, keep out!
