Pretty invites, but aren't peacock feathers meant to be unlucky?Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0

They look great!
I just made my Save The Date Cards and it has inspired me to make my invitations.. Especially seeing how much bought invites cost!
@runawaybride - I printed my Save The Dates on pearlescent card, I changed the setting on my printer to a thick card so it printed it slower giving it less chance to smudge...I then gave it a few minutes before touching it just in case.
You can buy inserts, although buying paper and cutting it down may be cheaper.Getting Married - 7th Sept 2014 :j

I'm starting to design our invites now and we are having gatefold invites but how do I make the inserts the right size on PC for printing? Really struggling to get the boxes big enough to put everything in but small enough to fit lol xxxDebt free finally :j

Have you bought your gatefolds yet?
If you have you could measure the insides to get the right size but make sure you leave a small gap round the edges so when you fold they don't crush the edges.

Yeah I have but can't work out how to get the text boxes the right size on PC. Think I need 5cm wide and 10cm wide. Gonna have another go now :-) xxxDebt free finally :j

I did mine on Coreldraw you can get a 30 day trial off their website. You can set it to the size of card you want so you can adjust the writing so it's in the right position.

These are ours. I made them up in photoshop which I'd never used before so quite surpassed myself :rotfl: wasn't too difficult either. I used a Corner Rounder on the edges and a Rotary Cutter to perforate between the 'Invitation' and 'RSVP' so it's easy to tear off. They'll be sent with the RSVP folded behind and in square envelopes
Sorry for the crappy phone pics, the light is terrible in here. They're a baby blue colour and the rhinestones are Aurora Borealis Crystals that are quite sparkly in better lighting conditionsMarried 30/08/14 :heartpuls0 -
