Removing McAfee Agent?

Hi,

Could anyone please help? McAfee was preinstalled on my PC when I bought it and I removed it, as I had a spare licence for Kaspersky. Now Kaspersky won't install due to compatibility issues and keeps asking me to delete McAfee Agent. I thought I had completely removed the McAfee and I'm tearing my hair out here, so would be very grateful if someone could advise?
