Hi,
I am not sure what to do received a parking fine in June went online and due various posts decided to ignore the letters. Today I received a letter from debt recovery asking for £140.00. I phoned them and they said it was too late to appeal. Should I just pay

No, do not pay.
Why not read the sticky threads at the top of the forum?
'Newbies...read this now!' which covers everything including debt collectors and responses and non-compliance of a ticket (was yours received in time?) Read the info.
and
'successful complaints about PPCs' which is obviously what everyone should do.

You read OLD ADVICE in June (must have read 2012 or older archive stuff) which was utterly pointless, waste of time so this time read current threads and learn what to do to unpick this mess.
