metal stud partition in new-build

Should be easy enough to find the metal studs, but are they difficult to drill into and attach wooden joists so I can hang a heavy radiator/plasma? Just wondering before I start cutting away plasterboard to find out...
I see some people advocate RediDrive etc, but will that really hang a 42" plasma screen? I'd rather not take the risk, and I'm close to buying a vertical radiator which is heavy too.

Irvind, although I'm not an expert in this field, you should be able to obtain horizontal metal sections and place them appropriately. You are not meant to drill the studs, you use a riveting type device which crimps the sections together.0

Normal drywall screws will go straight into steel studwork.0

Hi
I hang radiators using these...http://www.screwfix.com/search.do;jsessionid=JWCTAOF03I0RQCSTHZOSFFQ?_dyncharset=UTF-8&fh_search=hollow+wall+anchors&x=0&y=0
The advantage is that the anchor stays in the wall when you take the screw out. Sometimes taking the screw out of the Redidrive takes the whole thing out. If you can find an upright then use it.

Thanks all,
I've had it confirmed by a builder that drywall screws will penetrate the metal stud, so that's good to know.
The rad I'm interested in is delivered on a pallet, and although I haven't found out the actual weight yet, it sounds heaaaavvvvyyyyy!0
