Skype - useful add ons/extras

Hi all I am looking for an add on (extra) to enable Skype to function as a switchboard, i.e. you can receive a call, transfer it to a mobile, put it on hold, have conference calls, etc. Is there anything like this available which is GOOD? I had a look at the extras section, but I would prefer to hear from MSE members'…

Depending on make and model of the USB device (I won't call it a phone, as it's just a sound card with a mic and speaker on it in a moulded plastic ) you might find drivers to use it with x-lite and other software.
