Samsung galaxy tablet

Hi all im in desperate need of some help I brought a Samsung tablet 2 10 inch screen £238 from Tesco direct just under 11 months ago, im having problems with the tablet responding to charge when the charger is put in. I have spoke to Tesco customer services who insist I have to deal with Samsung direct which I have and im finding it very difficult indeed as there is a language barrier I was promised I would be sent a charger from them which never arrived?? so I keep ringing and asking and they assure me its in the post 3 weeks on nothing!!
The advice im after is do I have to deal with Samsung or because I brought it from Tesco should they sort it out for me?? As dealing with Samsung direct is complete hell!! I would appreciate some advice/help I can give more details if required

Your contract is with the retailer, but it is often easier to deal directly with the manufacturer, cutting out the middle man. In this case I would speak with Tesco again and advise of the problems you are having.

Have you tried another charger, and checked that is the problem? If so, are you aware you can pick one up for a few pounds?
