Like many members that have posted here, I clicked on the link literally the second it became available (I was refreshing the page from 12pm) entered my details super fast and upon clicking submit, got the internal error message!!!

Clicked refresh a few times and got the same message, went back to submit my details again and then got the message that I had missed out.

Between the time of me clicking the link and submitting my details was definitely less than 57 seconds - looks like Radflek's servers were not upgraded enough - ABSOLUTE JOKE!

I think MSE should fight for some more free reflectors for those who lost out through no fault of their own

Ditto Hindey, I submit mine by 12:00.25 and got internal server error several times and then "sorry but no banana" text appeared.....

I submitted mine on the bbc beeps at midday Did not get the offer. Just a cheap marketing ploy by Radflek and that's enough to put me off buy these for all my radiators.. I'll look elsewhere or just stick with Double layered heavy duty aluminium foil with cardboard behind the foil.

So I attempted to get a pack when the website went live and got an error 3 times, then when it did decide to go through, sorry you missed out. I see the link was posted on HUKD too.

They only have 1000 to give away, they've told several million people and you want to lynch the company and demand more because you weren't lucky this time?
Easy to say because I was lucky, but if I wasn't I wouldn't waste time complaining when I could be looking for my next freebie.
