Hi all
I am unable to send emails from my Virginmedia webmail service on my wirelessly connected laptop. I can receive and view the emails sent to me no problem on webmail.
I CAN send emails from the webmail service using my main desktop (which is connected to the router via an ethernet cable) and I CAN send emails from the webmail service using my sons wirelessly connected desktop so I dont think it is a router problem.
I have tried sending from the laptop with the firewall turned off temporarily but no success.
I have also logged into my hotmail account using the laptop and can send emails from hotmail with no problems.
I have got it into my mind that I need to "clear the cache" or something clever and techie like that but don't know how to - somebody gave me that expression tbh I don't really know what it means :rotfl:
Any assistance or suggestions would be gratefully received
Ta

Assuming IE7: Tools - Internet Options - General tab - Delete (in Browsing history section) - Delete temporary internet files.0
