Dear all,
My tablet does every thing apart from any new app. Firstly I cannot even go to the website, google play store. It just does not open, it has worked before.
keep getting message 'unfortunately play store has stopped working'.
Any one with any iedeas please help.

Thanks, PC comes up with tablet and phone. My tablet is momo20 4.1.1 jellybeans. Is there a way to upgrade it to android 4.2?
